I offer completely individualised 1:1 personal training sessions to achieve your fitness goals and work around your busy lifestyle. Sessions can take place online and/or in-person (in Central London).
I use a unique, integrated method: resistance training to gain strength, Pilates to build a strong core and movement-based and mobility exercises to develop flexibility. Depending on your unique goals and preferences, a combination of training methods will be incorporated into your sessions.
Completely Bespoke Programmes
After a thorough consultation to assess your fitness and mobility levels and discuss your goals and lifestyle, I will design a completely individualised fitness programme for you. Using the equipment you have available, I make sure to create sessions you will enjoy that get you the results you want efficiently.

Many of my clients come to me overwhelmed by their busy lifestyle and unsure of the most effective way to achieve their goals. I educate my clients on proper technique and the rationale
behind our sessions, as well as providing evidence-based advice and information on all areas of physical wellbeing, including nutrition and recovery. I always ensure my clients are empowered to maintain the lifestyle changes we implement together long into the future.
